1<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin amac\u0131; sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunumu kapsam\u0131nda iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon ve radyon\u00fcklit kullan\u0131larak tetkik, te\u015fhis ve tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 uygulanan radyoloji, n\u00fckleer t\u0131p, radyasyon onkolojisi hizmetleri ile a\u011f\u0131z, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene radyolojisi hizmetlerinin sunuldu\u011fu binalar\u0131n vas\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131, iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131 nedeni ile \u0131\u015f\u0131nlanmalara kar\u015f\u0131 hastalar ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan g\u00fcvenli\u011fine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar\u0131 ve iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon ve radyon\u00fcklit kullan\u0131larak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen faaliyetlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personele verilecek sa\u011fl\u0131k iznini belirlemektir.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-3\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Kapsam<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 2<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon ve radyon\u00fcklit kullan\u0131larak sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunan sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 ile buralardan sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti alan ki\u015fileri ve buralarda g\u00f6rev yapan personeli kapsar.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-4\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Dayanak<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 3<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, 19\/4\/1937 tarihli ve 3153 say\u0131l\u0131 Radiyoloji, Radiyom ve Elektrikle Tedavi ve Di\u011fer Fizyoterapi M\u00fcesseseleri Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 3 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi, 14\/7\/1965 tarihli ve 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanununun 2 nci ve 103 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddeleri ile 7\/5\/1987 tarihli ve 3359 say\u0131l\u0131 Sa\u011fl\u0131k Hizmetleri Temel Kanununun ek 11 inci maddesine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-5\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Tan\u0131mlar ve k\u0131saltmalar<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 4<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelikte ge\u00e7en;<br \/>\n<br \/>\na) A\u011f\u0131z, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene radyolojisi merkezi: Sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bir a\u011f\u0131z, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene radyoloji uzman\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funda veya mesle\u011fini serbest olarak icra etme yetkisine sahip a\u011f\u0131z, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene radyoloji uzman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan tetkik ve\/veya te\u015fhis ama\u00e7l\u0131 radyoloji hizmeti sunulan ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca ruhsatland\u0131r\u0131lan veya faaliyet izni verilen merkezleri,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nb) Bakanl\u0131k: Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nc) Doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131: N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar ve halk i\u00e7in belirlenen doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u00e7) Giri\u015fimsel radyolojik tetkik\/tedavi: G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme ama\u00e7l\u0131 veya iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen tan\u0131sal ve tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 t\u0131bbi i\u015flemleri,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nd) G\u00f6zetimli alan: Kontroll\u00fc alan olarak de\u011ferlendirilmeyen ve ki\u015fisel doz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc gerektirmeyen, ancak radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n radyasyona maruz kalma potansiyelinin bulunmas\u0131 nedeniyle, alandaki radyasyon seviyelerinin d\u00fczenli olarak izlenmesini gerektiren ve radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n ortalamas\u0131 olan y\u0131ll\u0131k doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n 1\/20\u2019 sinin a\u015f\u0131lma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olup 3\/10\u2019unun a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 beklenmeyen alanlar\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\ne) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon: Maddesel ortamdan ge\u00e7erken onunla etkile\u015ferek iyon \u00e7iftleri olu\u015fturabilen X \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131, gama \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 gibi elektromanyetik \u0131\u015f\u0131nlarla, kinetik enerjileri olan y\u00fckl\u00fc par\u00e7ac\u0131klar, a\u011f\u0131r iyonlar ve serbest n\u00f6tronlar gibi tanecik karakterli \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131mlar\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nf) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131: \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon \u00fcreten veya yayan cihazlar ile radyoaktif kaynaklar\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\ng) Kontroll\u00fc (denetimli) alan: Radyasyondan korunmay\u0131 sa\u011flamak veya radyoaktif kirlili\u011fin yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nlemek amac\u0131 ile \u00f6zel kurallar\u0131n uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131, radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ki\u015fisel doz izlemelerinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, giri\u015f \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131n kontrole tabi oldu\u011fu ve g\u00f6revi gere\u011fi radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in ard\u0131\u015f\u0131k be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131n ortalamas\u0131 olan y\u0131ll\u0131k doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n 3\/10\u2019undan fazla radyasyon dozuna maruz kalabilecekleri alanlar\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u011f) Lisans: Radyoloji, n\u00fckleer t\u0131p, radyasyon onkolojisi ile a\u011f\u0131z, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene radyolojisi merkezleri b\u00fcnyesinde iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 ile faaliyet y\u00fcr\u00fctmek \u00fczere N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan verilen yetkiyi,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nh) Merkez: Radyoloji, n\u00fckleer t\u0131p, radyasyon onkolojisi ile a\u011f\u0131z, di\u015f ve \u00e7ene radyolojisi merkezlerini,<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u0131) NDK: N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumunu,<br \/>\n<br \/>\ni) N\u00fckleer t\u0131p merkezi: Sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bir n\u00fckleer t\u0131p uzman\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funda veya mesle\u011fini serbest olarak icra etme yetkisine sahip n\u00fckleer t\u0131p uzman\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ki\u015filer veya en az % 51 hissesi n\u00fckleer t\u0131p uzman\u0131na ait olan \u00f6zel hukuk t\u00fczel ki\u015fileri taraf\u0131ndan tetkik, te\u015fhis ve\/veya tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 n\u00fckleer t\u0131p hizmeti sunulan ve Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a ruhsatland\u0131r\u0131lan veya faaliyet izni verilen merkezleri,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nj) Radyasyon alan\u0131: Planlanm\u0131\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlanmalar nedeniyle halk i\u00e7in belirlenen y\u0131ll\u0131k doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u0131\u015f\u0131nlanma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan alanlar\u0131,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nk) Radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan: \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131yla y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen faaliyetlerde g\u00f6revi gere\u011fi halk i\u00e7in belirlenen doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerinde \u0131\u015f\u0131nlanma olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan ki\u015fiyi,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nl) Radyasyon onkolojisi hizmetleri: \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kullanarak hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tedavisini ama\u00e7layan, uygulanacak tedavi y\u00f6ntemlerini, radyasyonun etkilerini ve t\u00fcm\u00f6rlerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 inceleyen, g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme i\u015flemleri, radyoterapi, kemoradyoterapi, hormonal tedavi, e\u015f zamanl\u0131 hedefe y\u00f6nelik ila\u00e7lar veya immunoterapi, destek tedaviler, hipertermi, klinik ara\u015ft\u0131rma, kan ve kan \u00fcr\u00fcnleri \u0131\u015f\u0131nlamalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131ndaki uygulama hizmetlerini,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nm) Radyasyon onkolojisi merkezi: Sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bir radyasyon onkolojisi uzman\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funda tetkik, te\u015fhis ve\/veya tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 radyasyon onkolojisi hizmetleri sunulan Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a faaliyet izni verilen merkezleri,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nn) Radyasyondan korunma sorumlusu: Sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum\/kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda radyasyon uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re NDK taraf\u0131ndan belirlenmi\u015f nitelikleri ta\u015f\u0131yan, yetkilendirilen ki\u015fi veya yetkilendirilmek \u00fczere ba\u015fvuran ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin yerine getirilmesini teminen g\u00f6revlendirilen ve NDK taraf\u0131ndan yetkilendirilen ki\u015fiye verilen yetki kapsam\u0131nda uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen ki\u015fiyi,<br \/>\n<br \/>\no) Radyofarmas\u00f6tik: Yap\u0131s\u0131nda radyon\u00fcklit ve hedefleyici molek\u00fcl i\u00e7eren ve n\u00fckleer t\u0131p uygulamalar\u0131nda tan\u0131sal g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcleme ve tedavi amac\u0131yla kullan\u0131lan kimyasal bile\u015fi\u011fi,<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u00f6) Radyoloji hizmetleri: \u0130nsan v\u00fccudunun belirli bir kesiminin ya da t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn t\u0131bbi ama\u00e7l\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fclerinin elektriksel, sonik veya iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon gibi birbirinden farkl\u0131 y\u00f6ntemlerle elde edilmesiyle normal fizyolojik durumlar\u0131n\u0131n veya mevcut hastal\u0131klar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131, belirli durumlarda yap\u0131lan giri\u015fimsel t\u0131bbi i\u015flemlerle hastal\u0131klar\u0131n tan\u0131 ve tedavisinin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 hizmetleri,<br \/>\n<br \/>\np) Radyoloji merkezi: Sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde bir radyoloji uzman\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funda veya mesle\u011fini serbest olarak icra etme yetkisine sahip radyoloji uzman\u0131 ger\u00e7ek ki\u015filer veya en az % 51 hissesi radyoloji uzman\u0131na ait olan \u00f6zel hukuk t\u00fczel ki\u015fileri taraf\u0131ndan tetkik, te\u015fhis ve\/veya tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 radyoloji hizmeti sunulan ve Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a ruhsatland\u0131r\u0131lan veya faaliyet izni verilen merkezleri,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nr) Radyon\u00fcklit: Do\u011fal veya n\u00fckleer reaksiyon \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc elementlerin radyoaktif formunu,<br \/>\n<br \/>\ns) Radyon\u00fcklit tedavi: N\u00fckleer t\u0131p merkezinde tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan alfa, beta veya gama \u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 yayan radyon\u00fcklitlerin hastalara intraven\u00f6z, oral veya di\u011fer yollar ile verilmesi i\u015flemini,<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u015f) Sa\u011fl\u0131k izni: 3153 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun ek 1 inci maddesi ile 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 103 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi kapsam\u0131nda iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara verilecek izni,<br \/>\n<br \/>\nifade eder.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-6\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Bina durumu ve fiziki \u015fartlar<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 5<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 ile faaliyetlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fi alanlar, ilgili mevzuata uygun olarak yap\u0131 kullan\u0131m izni al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f binalarda a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(2) NDK mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda birinci grup radyasyon uygulamalar\u0131 ile ikinci grup radyasyon uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fi merkezler okul, kre\u015f, mesken ve benzeri yerlere biti\u015fik olamaz.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(3) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 ile faaliyetlerin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclece\u011fi alanlar\u0131n mek\u00e2nsal tasar\u0131m\u0131, teknik hususlar ve uygunluk \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fctleri radyasyondan korunma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan NDK mevzuat\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(4) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu odalar\u0131n boyutlar\u0131, ortama sa\u00e7\u0131lan radyasyon dozu ve z\u0131rhlama gerektiren duvarlarda z\u0131rh kal\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 dikkate al\u0131narak radyasyondan korunma ve radyasyon g\u00fcvenli\u011finin optimizasyonu sa\u011flanacak \u015fekilde tasarlan\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(5) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alanlara giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar kontroll\u00fc \u015fekilde sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(6) Radyasyon alanlar\u0131n\u0131n giri\u015flerinde ve radyasyon alanlar\u0131nda, uygun radyasyon uyar\u0131 i\u015faretleri bulundurulur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(7) T\u00fcm oda veya alanlara ait kap\u0131larda, s\u00f6z konusu oda veya alan\u0131n ne ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten tabela bulundurulur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(8) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu odalar, ba\u015fka bir ama\u00e7 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lamaz.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(9) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu kontroll\u00fc alanlardan fiziki olarak ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f alanlar, kontroll\u00fc alan kapsam\u0131nda yer almaz.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(10) Kumanda odas\u0131, iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu oda ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olacak ve g\u00f6rsel takibi sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(11) Radyoloji ve n\u00fckleer t\u0131p uygulamalar\u0131nda kumanda \u00fcnitesinin iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu odan\u0131n i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131 durumunda, g\u00f6rsel takibi sa\u011flayacak radyasyon z\u0131rhlanmas\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve sabit veya hareketli kur\u015fun caml\u0131 paravan bulunmas\u0131 gerekir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(12) Merkez, giri\u015f katta de\u011filse binada hastan\u0131n tekerlekli sandalye ve sedye ile ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde ilgili mevzuata uygun asans\u00f6r, platform veya lift sistemi bulunmas\u0131 gerekir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(13) Merkezde, engelli kullan\u0131m\u0131na uygun lavabo ve tuvalet bulundurulur, engellilerin giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 zorla\u015ft\u0131rmayacak ve tekerlekli sandalye ge\u00e7i\u015fini engellemeyecek \u015fekilde d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(14) Merkezde, hizmet alanlar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n, acil durumda \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015fa engel olmayacak \u015fekilde otomatik kayar kap\u0131 veya d\u0131\u015far\u0131 do\u011fru a\u00e7\u0131labilen kap\u0131lar olmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(15) Radyoloji merkezleri, radyasyon alanlar\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki fiziki kriterleri sa\u011flamak zorundad\u0131r:<br \/>\n<br \/>\na) Bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi, mamografi, tomosentez, kemik-mineral dansitometresi, sabit\/mobil r\u00f6ntgen, anjiografi, sabit\/mobil skopi, floroskopi cihazlar\u0131 ile ERCP ve ESWL i\u015flemlerinin her biri i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 birim olu\u015fturulur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nb) Bilgisayarl\u0131 tomografi biriminde, cihaz odas\u0131 ve kumanda odas\u0131 bulunur, ancak bu birimde yer alan kumanda odas\u0131, cihaz odas\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde yer almaz.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nc) Anjiyografi ve floroskopi birimlerinde, cihaz odas\u0131 ve kumanda odas\u0131 bulunur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u00e7) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alanda cihaz\u0131n X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcp\u00fc, birincil \u0131\u015f\u0131n Bu birimlerde cihaz odas\u0131 ve kumanda \u00fcnitesi bulunur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nb) \u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu alanda cihaz\u0131n X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcp\u00fc, birincil \u0131\u015f\u0131n kap\u0131ya ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana y\u00f6nlendirilmeyecek \u015fekilde yerle\u015ftirilir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(19) Merkezlerin radyasyon alan\u0131na ili\u015fkin fiziki \u015fartlar ile Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a teknolojik geli\u015fmeler sonucunda kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin verilen ve bu Y\u00f6netmelikte yer almayan iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131na ait fiziki \u015fartlar, ilgili mevzuat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine uygun olarak sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-7\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">G\u00fcvenlik<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 6<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Radyasyondan korunman\u0131n, radyasyon g\u00fcvenli\u011finin ve radyoaktif kaynaklar\u0131n emniyetinin teminine ili\u015fkin NDK taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda radyasyon uygulamalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu kapsamda NDK taraf\u0131ndan uygun bulunan radyasyondan korunma program\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(2) Radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, hastalar ve refakat\u00e7iler i\u00e7in radyasyondan korunmaya y\u00f6nelik ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131ndaki gerekli tedbirler al\u0131n\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(3) Radyasyondan korunmay\u0131 sa\u011flamak \u00fczere uygulaman\u0131n niteli\u011fine g\u00f6re koruyucu giysi ve te\u00e7hizat\u0131n eksiksiz olarak bulundurulmas\u0131, uygun \u015fartlarda muhafaza edilmesi ve kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(4) Giri\u015fimsel radyoloji uygulamalar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alan radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, maruz kalacaklar\u0131 radyasyon dozunu s\u0131n\u0131rlayacak ilave radyasyondan koruyucu ki\u015fisel donan\u0131mlar kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(5) N\u00fckleer t\u0131p ve radyasyon onkolojisi merkezlerinde, uygun \u00f6zelliklere sahip, ge\u00e7erli kalibrasyon sertifikas\u0131 olan radyasyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131 ile radyasyon alanlar\u0131nda ve bu alanlar\u0131n biti\u015fik alanlar\u0131nda radyasyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve radyasyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm cihazlar\u0131n\u0131n kalibrasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenen periyotlarda ilgili mevzuat kapsam\u0131nda yapt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(6) Merkezde;<br \/>\n<br \/>\na) Radyoaktif madde ve benzeri yaralanmalar i\u00e7in t\u0131bbi \u00f6nlemler al\u0131n\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nb) \u0130lk yard\u0131m seti ve yang\u0131n tehlikesine kar\u015f\u0131 yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc ile alev s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc gibi g\u00fcvenlik donan\u0131m\u0131 bulundurulur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nc) Radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara uygulama kapsam\u0131ndaki potansiyel tehlikeler ile g\u00fcvenli \u00e7ekim teknikleri hususunda e\u011fitim verilir ve bu e\u011fitimler kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n\u00e7) Olu\u015fabilecek tehlike ve riskler hakk\u0131nda giri\u015f kap\u0131s\u0131, cihaz, donan\u0131m veya ayg\u0131t \u00fczerine ulusal veya uluslararas\u0131 kabul g\u00f6ren simgeler kullan\u0131larak i\u015faretleme veya etiketleme yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nd) Uygun s\u0131kl\u0131kta hava de\u011fi\u015fiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla ilgili mevzuata uygun havaland\u0131rma sistemi kurulur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\ne) Giri\u015f ve \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f noktalar\u0131 ile yang\u0131n \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ilgili mevzuata uygun \u015fekilde i\u015faretlenir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\nf) T\u0131bbi ama\u00e7l\u0131 iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n teslim al\u0131nmas\u0131, bulundurulmas\u0131, kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, radyoaktif madde kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan olu\u015fan at\u0131klar\u0131n y\u00f6netimi ve X-\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 t\u00fcp\u00fc kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan olu\u015fan at\u0131klar\u0131n bertaraf edilmesi ile radyasyon tesislerine ve radyasyon uygulamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin yetkilendirmeler, radyasyon g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, radyoaktif kaynaklar\u0131n emniyeti, radyoaktif maddelerin ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131 ve radyasyon acil durumlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00f6netimi hakk\u0131nda ilgili mevzuat do\u011frultusunda idari ve teknik d\u00fczenlemeler yerine getirilir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\ng) Hamilelik \u015f\u00fcphesi olan, hamile veya emziren personelin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131; embriyonun, fet\u00fcs\u00fcn veya emzirilen \u00e7ocu\u011fun radyasyondan korunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak ve halk i\u00e7in belirlenen doz s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na uyulacak \u015fekilde yeniden d\u00fczenlenir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 hamilelik \u015f\u00fcphesi olan ve hamile personel i\u00e7in hamileli\u011finin geri kalan s\u00fcresinde radyasyon alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde, emzirme d\u00f6neminde olan personel i\u00e7in radyoaktif kirlilik riski bulunan radyasyon alanlar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenir.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-8\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">\u0130yonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 ve radyon\u00fcklit ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma esaslar\u0131<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 7<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Sadece iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyonla te\u015fhis, tedavi veya ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerler ile bu i\u015f veya i\u015flemlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelin haftal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi 35 saattir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n, kontroll\u00fc alanlarda ki\u015fisel koruyucu ekipman ve dozimetre kullanmas\u0131 zorunludur.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(2) Radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n, i\u015fe ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce ve i\u015fe ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonraki y\u0131ll\u0131k sa\u011fl\u0131k kontrolleri, bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin eki EK-1\u2019de yer alan \u201cRadyasyonla \u00c7al\u0131\u015facaklar\/\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar \u0130\u00e7in Sa\u011fl\u0131k Raporu Formu\u201d kullan\u0131larak ilgili sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015fu taraf\u0131ndan yapt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(3) Radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fekli, birinci f\u0131krada belirtilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresini a\u015fmamak kayd\u0131yla, hizmetin etkinlik ve s\u00fcreklili\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan vardiya veya n\u00f6bet \u015feklinde d\u00fczenlenebilir.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-9\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Sa\u011fl\u0131k izni<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">MADDE 8<\/td><td class=\"column-3\">(1) Sadece iyonla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 radyasyon kaynaklar\u0131 ve radyon\u00fcklitlerin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 kontroll\u00fc alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara y\u0131ll\u0131k izinlerine ilaveten sa\u011fl\u0131k izni verilir. Radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara verilecek sa\u011fl\u0131k izni s\u00fcresi, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bir takvim y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kontroll\u00fc alanlarda fiilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcreler dikkate al\u0131narak bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin eki EK-2\u2019de yer alan \u201cSa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130zni Tablosu\u201dnda belirtilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re belirlenir.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(2) Mobil r\u00f6ntgen veya skopi gibi hareketli cihazlar\u0131 kullanan radyasyonla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara verilecek sa\u011fl\u0131k izni s\u00fcresi, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bir takvim y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kontroll\u00fc alanlarda fiilen \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcreler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131k kurum ve kurulu\u015fu taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011fl\u0131k izni hemen kulland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(4) Sa\u011fl\u0131k izni b\u00f6l\u00fcnemez, y\u0131l ge\u00e7i\u015flerinde \u00fcst \u00fcste kullan\u0131lamaz ve di\u011fer y\u0131la aktar\u0131lamaz.<br \/>\n<br \/>\n(5) Kontroll\u00fc alanlarda radyasyonla
